CONSENSUS 2023: Howdy, Austin, y’all heard about WeSendit?
Introduction:

WeSendit is all about data security and privacy protection, but sometimes we like to live dangerously — just like a Texan cowboy:
After narrowly escaping the street riots in Paris, we had to avoid being killed by an apparent serial killer in Austin, Texas. The VIP Opening took place at the same club where the latest victim in a strange series of murders was last seen…😮
What can you do? No matter how rough it gets out there, WeSendit will always go the extra mile to advance our project!💪
Our trip to CONSENSUS 2023 was exciting, to say the least. Not only did we fly about 8,700 km across the pond, but we also had to endure a 4-hour wait at border security before our layover at NYC JFK.
We can already guarantee you that the new WeSendit will be much more efficient than THAT…😉
CONSENSUS was the expected highlight. Not only did we meet many new VCs, but we also got to nurture several older contacts, allowing us to achieve significant progress. High-level side events such as the “Brekky-meet the VCs”, “Investor Breakfast”, and the “Bitmart VIP Rooftop Party” were great opportunities to let the right people know about WeSendit’s potential.
We held several very promising one-on-one meetings with more than 10 VCs and have already started the follow-up process.
While our focus at CONSENSUS was the search for VCs, our visit also resulted in several potential partnerships.
No Taco, no Tequila, no subtropical storm, and not even a colony of 4 million flying bats (!) managed to stop us on our mission.
Back in Switzerland, the Swiss Alps were not the only mountains waiting for us — there was also a mountain of work!😬
We’re already planning the next events and will be busy following up on the contacts made in Texas.
