New Feedback Tool: How YOU can improve WeSendit
Introduction:
With our MVP finally out there, we would like to introduce a great feature that will help create the best WeSendit ever. Our goal is to build a solution that fits your needs. To achieve this, we need your help — as a part of the team! Your contributions will help us improve our solution based on the wishes of our community.
For this reason, we have integrated a powerful feedback tool into our MVP.
The feedback tool will be the perfect companion for the development of our solution. It allows you to improve WeSendit with your ideas, track our roadmap, and report bugs. That way, it enables you to contribute directly to WeSendit’s development. Your feedback as an early user is extremely valuable and will help us build a file transfer and storage solution that actually makes people’s lives easier and better.
It is very intuitive and easy to use. Here’s how:
Step1:
Go to mvp.wesendit.com and click on the red “Feedback” icon. The icon is displayed on every page of the WeSendit MVP. It is located on the right side of the screen.
Step 2:
A window will pop up, offering you four different options.
You can…
- report a bug
- request a feature
- send our team a message
- learn more about the MVP
Let’s say you’ve spotted a bug and want to report it.
Click on “Found a bug? Let us know”.
Step 3:
Now you have the option to mark or record your screen so that our team can verify your bug report.
Simply click and drag on the area of the screen that you want to mark. For example, if there is a misplaced image, you simply mark that area. This will create a snapshot that will help us fix the issue.
Once you’ve marked the area, click on “Next” and you will be able to enter your email address and a short description of the bug.
Finally, click on “Submit”.
We will see your comment right away and can deal with it efficiently. We can also answer you directly.
Overall, the integration of the feedback tool will help us build a file transfer solution that focuses on actual user needs.
Not only can you submit your ideas for improvements, comment on features and report bugs, you will also be able to see the roadmap and request features that should be included into WeSendit 3.0. You can also vote for the features you’d like to be developed next.
